My game crashes when I try to buy cards

I started playing duel links recently it just reminded me of old times I tried to buy cards for a specific elemental hero deck (with Jaden of course) but when I entered the shop and selected hero rising collection it just crashed (my game) and this happen with every other collection so please can anyone help me ? It would be appreciated

Try restarting your game. If that doesn’t work reinstall the game. You can always make a new account if u can’t fix it.
