The card doesn't destroy the monster on the field, just all other copies in the deck and hand.

The card works like that : when he summons a card with 2k or less attack, you can target one monster, and kill the other one or two copies he has in his deck or hand, aka it's nothing shiny enough to go in my deck.
Imo it's pretty garbage, could be usefull to counter bubonic, paracide parasite that type of card but still. Waste of card slot
