I read that The Ultimate Rising packs are leaving the shop in September.

If this is true what happens to the cards from packs that players have opened? Are they still able to use these cards and they are no longer available to purchase? Or do they get removed and are given some form of compensation?

That pack will end in 15 next month. You can still use the card you purchase even the pack is gone.
