I have noticed there is no Summoned Skull or Buster Balder or Kuriboh in this game? Is it because they are still adding in cards to this game?

Summoned Skull was just added to the game in the new wonders of the sky pack, buster blader maybe soon, the thing is Konami keeps updating this game with new mosters/cards and events
