Error Code 501 and inability to play Duel Links

I couldn't access Duel Links after the most recent maintenance period forcing me to uninstall the application. I also never got a chance to set up the data transfer. Other than send a report (which I already did), what do I do?

I'm also completely blocked b out, it just gives me a continuous error 501 message and then I reboot and the error is there again
