It may not necessarily be powerful for a Dino deck as it may sometimes fail (Having 3 different dinos). However, a better alternative would be to test it in a Harpie deck since they are treated as monsters with the same exact name.

Sure but its situational. Other standalone attack boosters are vital to the decks success.
