Is street replay bugged?

I can't watch my street replay for Mokuba. I click the TV and it says there isn't a viewable replay at this time and keeps saying that no matter when i click it.

They've fixed it now and gave a compensation of 20 gems

It's bugged. You can check the issues tab on the notification popup in game for stuff like this
