im 85% certain that only certain level duelists drop the cards before lvl 39 duelist i never got a SINGLE cup of ace after i reached them i got 2 in about 10 duels

Nope,just get a lucky standard duelist drop.

no, you just gotta keep autoing and pray. maybe try the two fusion dragons deck to get decent score while autoing, it can help.
