Ultra rare "drop rate"

If i buy a whole pack in the shop (lets per say the Neo pack), does it necessarily means that i will get all the ultra rare cards that shown in the pack as well?
Or is it that the possiblity is seperated from the other cards showed there?

I've opened 142 packs so far... That's 7100 Gems so far all through sheer grinding. So far managed to nab:

UR = x6
SR = x7

STILL trying to get:

- Tyrant Dragon
- Summoned Skull
- Skilled Red Magician
- Shard of Greed
- Fusion Gate

i spent 2000 Gems on Neo Pack and i did not get any UR only 4 SRs... my worst draw ever in Duel Links..

yes you will. in 200 packs from neo pack it has all 10 URs. so if you buy all 200, you will get one of each UR.
