Why can Pegasus still summon Toon monsters after I destroy toon world?
Slightly confused when duelling level 40 Pegasus.

Read the card carefully. There are a few types of toon monster. Some can be summoned without toon world. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Toon_monster

Not all Toon monsters need Toon World in play to be summoned. Some, like Toon Cannon Soldier, can be played without Toon World. However, ALL Toon monsters need Toon World in play to attack directly with their effects. What's more, ALL Toon monsters will self-destruct if Toon World on the field is destroyed.

Yeah, they updated this effect. Many toon monsters just require Toon World to attack LP directly, not exist on the field.
I was confused about this too, as first anon said, read the descriptions.

because not all toon monsters require toon world to be there to be summoned. Not all descriptions of toon monsters are the same, even though they look similar. Just gotta read em.
