Drop rate of UR & SR cards vs Legendary Duelists

Does anybody know what the drop rates are to get UR & SR cards when fighting Legendary Duelists? Presumably this changes for L30 and L40 duels? Does it make a difference if you get 4000 points or 6000 points?

I dont know anymore cuz iv beaten yugo 20 times on lvl 40 at 3 times duelist bonus with evaluation bonus each time and have yet to get a single ur or Sr card. The duel links gods hate me.

I don't have a complete answer per se, however, L30 drop rates would be less than the L40 because of all the junk cards that go away when dueling L40 LDs.
