Missing decks

hi i would like to know how exactly nearly all my decks have been emptied, it happened after i played a few pvp matches then i went to use some tickets but it said connections unresponsive multi times even when i closed the game and reopened it still kept saying it only till recently i opened and saw all my decks got emptied not sure if i got hacked or not but i just want to know why most of them are emptied now having to remember what was in the decks and restore them all

Never heard of such a bug. It could be that your account got hacked. I'd suggest to contact Konami.
