I opened up duel links and it's making me redownload the game

I have my Google account for my Google play store account and Yu-Gi-Oh dueling linked together and today when I opened up to duel, it's wanting to redownload the game as if it was brand new I do have the option to transfer data or recover what would my best option be?

Just redownload it. You can always restore your data with your Konami ID.
