what are the requirements of summoning gandora dragon of destruction?

i know the summoning condition on the card, i just wondered if theres anythong more i should know sonce the last time i play i cant summon it. do i need to immediately summon it after i draw the card?

Tribute 2 monsters to Tribute Summon. Like if you were tribute summoning Dark Magician or any Level 7 or higher monster whose effect doesn't require more tributes

you can tribute summon it for 2 tribute or you could use Cost Down and tribute 1 monster. idk what else you would need to know that isn't printed on the card.
