Battle ground when play pvp just change to the picture of duel world

I have some problem when i play pvp, when i duel with someone to claim the ranks. The battle ground just gone. I can not see anything. Just a photo of duel link world on the background. Sorry because my English. Please help me. Thanks guys

It is a glitch. Relax. Restart your game.
Whenever switching worlds, wait for it to load and only then go to PvP.
