toon world card level 40 pegasus

Can u pls fix the rules of the toon world cards, it is written that when toon world is activated , toon monsters is unaffected of card effects and spell cards.. But everytime they ritual summon dikini and that blue dude diamond effect normal spell activated they destroy and send my card to the graveyard.. Fix this konami

Because Dakini is not target. You choose your Monsters to send graveyard.
