About using enemy controller on the end of standby phase

I am using naturia pineapple/treeborn deck and I have econ in my hand I was going to play it at the end of standby phase but the game just automatically skip to main phase its a bit frustrating since the combo I planned is totally ruined because of this.... Anyone have the same problem?

It's an Activation Confirmation setting in the game. Duel Links defaults Chaining Flags to go off in recurring situations (i.e. Summons, Attacks, End Phase). However, you can change the setting so that you can toggle a button on "Auto > On > Off"
