Why did Konami nerf duke's level 9 gems?

Hi, I was leveling up duke and I notice they decrease his gems from 25 to 20. While other characters level 9 gems seems untouch.

Duke gives you a total of 5+10+15+20 = 50 up to level 9

Other duelists give you a total of 10+15+25 = 50 up to level 9

The total is the same. They didn't nerf anything.
