I recently became aware about the transfer game data with a konami id in order to not lose data after a reinstalling of the game or such but when I'm about to launch browser for data transfer set up, game warns: "if data transfer settings have already been made for this play data, they will be lost if you use another konami id for the transfer settings". I'll be honest, I don't remember if I already have a konami id and I'm afraid to lose my data. do you guys know if there's a way to verify if I already have one? and if not, what should I do? moreover, I'd like to know how I can contact konami directly by email. thanks in advance and forgive my ignorance in matter.

i saved up 3000 gems for the new update but my game wasnt working and so i redownloaded the entire game and i tried using data transfer

My accounts got erase from game center, and I press the data transfer by accident.Its made me use a new account, instead of using my old account name is SetoVergil.

yes I know, I did it a couple of times, my problem is not about deleting and reinstall but about transfer game data, anyway I did transfer yesterday and I had no problem. thanks

Listen there is absolutely no problem if you delete the app and re download it, you won't lose anything, tested

I have another significant question that kept me from launching the konami browser yet: what is meant by "they" in the warning message? "They" = data transfer settings or "they" = play data? Isn't really clear for me...
