when will they fix the time loss exploit?

I thought I heard they fix this issue where players can force their opponents time to 0 in an instant and cause them to lose the duel, but I just lost a duel in that manner and it registered as a loss for me. Is there any ETA on when this is going to be fixed?

Time loss is still an issue in of 2018 lol. We need a way to report atleast
