Super Joey Spawn Rate

So, its been a few hours since I saw my one and only Joey this event. I had one at the start and none after. My Standard Duelists have spawned and I've had multiple LDs spawn. However, no Joey is to be found. I assume it is all RNG, correct?

Horrible spawn rate, an average of 3 spawns per day. Got 5 during one day but 3 were lv 30. This is by far the worst spawn rate among all similar events.

Stop using Joey as your current character... They clearly said Super Joey will not spawn if you're using Joey. Use some other character and you'll see that he'll spawn more often.

Since the event started, I have faced Super Joey over 20 times. It's pretty random, I'd say.
