When I downloaded everything and all updates on Google play I click on initiate link but I see window with text scenario load error I click OK and another window server error is the title text is error No. 20000 please help me I really want to play this game

i cant find a solution but maybe try switching device. it worked for me.

If it's not resolved, try contacting Konami or Duel Links support about it and tell them the error code.
