I also have been Suspended for no reason??? I didn't use hack, cheats, vpn or any 3rd party software, but My ID has been suspended, I'm using Montage Dragon deck, that can 1 hit KO, any deck if got Right cards in my hand, and with skill Calling Dragon Montage is easy, but it lose to traps, So I win many games with my Deck, until Legend 1,after the new maintenance lately, I got banned, so sad, I have spend many times and money to this game, and what u get banned for no reason, Really really sad right now, hope get my ID back soon :(

my account get suspended too, i don't know why i have not use any cheat or external software, just play the game normally on my phone.

i don't know why....
my gues i was using a OTK yosenju deck and some salty player reported me after i pull to many 2nd turn kill.

damn this suck i really love the game, will never cheat, i don't know why this happen.

even if i get my account back i wouldn't be able to play otk decks because i could get ban? or i can play troll decks either?

Idk if anyone checks this anymore - got a temp suspension, been 2 weeks still nothing.
When you email Konami, all they’ll say is they “won’t release information about suspensions” so it’s unsaid how long my acc will actually be suspended for. Horrible player help, I got suspended because my phone is jailbroken I’m guessing? There is no other reason for this, and they won’t work with their players even the slightest. 11 time KoG with only a year played, and spent money on mats and sleeves, and sphere kuriboh, have done all surveys but they don’t care. It’s sad.
