Blast Held by a Tribut vs. Tyrant Dragon

One Question about the Effect of tyrant dragon. Why is the effect not immune against the trap blast held by a tribute?

Blast held by a tribute doesn't target tyrant dragon.

Tyrant only immune to the effect of trap card that "TARGETING" him, then Blast Held is not targeting, you can look at the card text. The on targeting usually has a pattern "Target the attacking monster:" "Target 1 monster on the field:" etc, meanwhile Blast Held does not, although it was only destroying 1 monster, it's not counted as targeting
