Is there any way that the vagabond appears more often? He gives lots of xp and I want to level my characters faster or is there any other way ?

He only shows up every few hours or so. Though, you can see him again early if a friend sends him to you. I think on rare occasions he'll show up multiple times in a row before disappearing again, but idk what the conditions are for that
