Anyone else finding in game time is screwed?

I'm Central Standard Time (US). And during DST the "new day" would start at 11 AM my time (when any time based events would roll over. It happened at 11 PM (for events cycling out or being added to) and 11 AM (log-in rewards, card flipper, etc.)

so once DST swapped, I thought it would go back to being a Midnight and Noon schedule. Turns out Log-in rewards didn't (still at 11 AM) and the new pack thing... just didn't happen, even though it's Sunday. And 12:20 PM when I checked it.
