How do you reset your wins at thr beginning of each duel season

It used to automatically then demote me a few ranks. Now it just demotes me a few ranks and my win count remains. So I have not gotten any tickets for cards as cumulative rewards in the past duel season and this current one. Is this a bug? Before it would just reset to 0 and I could start accumulaylting wins to get tickets.
