All of the packs or first a KOG deck

I've been playing for a while now but I don't have enough cards for kog decks not even one deck you've been sharing here so I've been wondering if I should open all of the packs or first complete a KOG deck and continue from there with gems that I'll get from rewards

you have to pay money. I know you're new but I'm sorry to inform you that this game takes NO SKILL. Players who spend their money often end up with better starting hands in pvp and overall better cards, because pay to win.

I would complete a Meta deck (KOG deck as you phrase it) first. The reason being it will help you accumulate SR tickets from ranked duels. There are many budget Meta decks that can be used so aim for them. You can also pick a more expensive meta deck that pulls from a card pack that has a wide variety of useful cards. Keep in mind the Meta decks don't need to be copied identically. In many cases, you don't want to copy a deck completely, You want to substitute out 1-5 cards from it so the opponent will be left guessing and will make less favorable plays. Example, I run REZD I'm missing 3 cards to complete the deck, I replaced 1 red eyes wyvern for hane hane because i noticed, many players have special summons in their deck. Most REZD decks dont have hane hane so when they attack it their strategy falls apart because they didn't know how to favorably play against a REZD with hane hanes.
