Ignore the trolls.
Limit 3 = You can only have total of maximum 3 cards in the limit 3 list.
Limit 2/Semi-limited = You can only have total of maximum 2 cards in the limit 2 list.
Limit 1/Limited = You can only have total of maximum one card in the limit 1 list.
Forbidden = you guess it, none of card in the forbidden list is allowed in your deck.

so anyway it's because you have two other limited 2 cards in your deck. the red circle with a 2? that means you can only have two cards with that mark in your deck.

Limited-2 in DL is different than semi-limited in the TCG since in DL, you can't have 2 copies of any limited-2 card. If you want to add a Swordswoman, get rid of one of your other limited-2 cards.

You probably already have 2 other cards with the "Limited 2" category in your deck. The banlist works a bit different in Duel Links and you can only have a total of 1 "Limited 1" and a total of 2 "Limited 2" cards in your deck.
