Card trader error with jar of greed

Hi, I don't know why but it seems impossible to turn my glossy jar of greed into a prismatic one. Am I the only one with this problem?

You can only upgrade glossy SR and UR cards to prismatic ones.

Rarity is R, so it can't be further upgraded. To avoid further retarded errors: Read carefully tooltips etc.
