Maybe I'm over thinking this but 2-3 deep seated with 2-3 wonder balloons.. not meta breaking but has potential does it not? And If not I'd like to hear why so I don't bother with the effort..
Sword of Deep Seated with Wonder Balloons was a terrible combo even back when Wonder Balloons was good. Sword of Deep Seated actively hurts the person playing it by taking away their next draw.
All it takes is losing wonder balloons to hose the deck and plenty of decks have backrow. Unless you have a decent monster you are just buying your opponent time.
