I chose those skills for a reason. Neither of them is unusably bad, but they still see zero play regardless. This one's similar in that regard. It's not Moth to the Flame or Fatal Five levels of suck, but it's still not on the same level Chain Reaction or No Mortals Can Resist either, and certainly not even approaching something like Sealed Tombs or Beatdown.
This skill is just as crippling for burn deck - if Mask of Restrict is already on the field before Lava Golem, then Lava Golem can't be summoned to the opponent's field.
Thing is, you need to summon some version of Masked Beast in order to use this skill. Not for nothing, but I've yet to see any sort of decently high-tier version of any Masked Beast deck. It'd be much better to just toss the Mask of Restrict card itself into a deck, rather than rely on a skill with such a "restricting" requirement.
