We're not going to get him in DL because of that. No way they will release him without any Cloudian card at all, and they can't give him any because all of them are in boxes already.
If they make brand new support that's new even to the TCG and OCG. We're getting new Fortune Lady & Reptilianne support soon (because Dark Signers are coming to Duel Links.)
They could just play off his royalty theme. We don't have Fog King yet. Or Exodius if they want to go that route. We actually don't have a lot of his cards beyond like 90% of his Cloudians.
But the guy is practically made out of Cloudians! If you look closely at the screen, you'll notice he's actually five Cloudians in a trenchcoat! We can't has! Is big no-no!
