Uhm I still dont get it. You mean you want your opponent to summon it? or you actually want to use two level 3 to create a water type monster to summon cocytus? Or you mean windup deck with invoked engine?
Sounds cool since windup can still stand on their own while if they dont get aleister early. That being said if you have invoked engine already its ok to try, If you don't, it might get expensive.
