Why is Konami holding to release the other omni heroes?! Apart from Absolute Zero which is the strongesest, Escuridao is hot garbage, The Shinning is a big beat-stick and Great Tornado is good with halfing the atk of the opponents monsters, but still loses to backrow. Am I missing something?!
I can see reasons not to release Absolute Zero and Shining any time soon. Escuridao I'm surprised hasn't happened yet, as, yeah, it sucks. (It's a worse Masked HERO Goka, which is already probably the worst Masked HERO.) Maybe we'll get it in a Super Aster event or something.
As for Great Tornado. Maybe they're just waiting given we got a ton of the boring HERO stuff in a row fairly recently.
Because he's used both Elemental HEROes and multiple archetypes of DARK Heroes. It makes sense. Not every drop has to be a card the character has used. (In fact, the fact Aster lacks any such cards is unusual.)
To prove my point: Out of every character in Duel Links, only FOUR don't have a single drop they've never used in the anime or manga. Aster, Jaden, Crow and Yusei.
Most of the "good cards" he has left wouldn't happen in Duel Links anyway. Aside from Vision HERO Adoration, Destiny HERO Dusktopia and maybe Dynatag, name one that actually has a chance. We're not getting Dystopia, Dragoon or Defender, and everything else sucks. Unless we get anime cards like Doctor D or D-Hyper Nova.
What cards can we realistically expect to get from him in a roaming event (if they do one) since he has too many cards that Konami would consider as too good? (And keep in mind this is Konami, who considers Kelbek as too much for us.) Same for Alexis.
(cont.) Since there is no miracle fusion or anything to make e-heros good, maybe they would just give him the phoenix enforcer cards and possibly some trap cards like d-counter and shield. Possibly dunker. Or maybe Archlord Zerato if they want to go by that fake fairy deck he made in his first duel against Jaden. Idk what will happen, if anything.
(cont.) With Alexis, it is even harder to predict. She has more cyber angel and ritual support. But Konami probably wants that deck to stay dead forever.
I doubt we'd get an event for either. Adoration seems more likely to be a Ranked reward or something IMO. Shining Phoenix Enforcer, Phoenix Enforcer and D-Shield are the only obvious ones. Maybe extra copies of cards like Blade Master, Captain Tenacious and Over Destiny or the alt. art Avian/Burstinatrix/Sparkman.
If they had planned to give Alexis an event, they'd have held the ice stuff for it.
It is so sad. I don't really care if he doesn't get the good stuff. I just think an event would be fun. But Konami are jerks about this kind of thing. Same thing with obelisk. They released ra and slifer right away to get our hopes up for nothing.
Zero and Shinning could be dodgy if you don t have miracle fusion, but hopefully on the next level cap increase, they will give Jaden something relevant.
