wise decision, this is a bait box. They say cards here have future potential....guys the boxes are not leaving why that impulse of spending instead of waiting for the moment these cards get relevant (if they ever)

Heraldics seems f2p friendly many R and N cards and you need from the SR card not 3 only 1-2x.

These xyz monsters have good generic uses like gigant x’s machine deck searching that will probably see some usage in future decks. However, that’s about it unless you’re interested in the archetypes. It’ll probably be beneficial to just go for 1 copy of certain xyz and move on

You definitely don’t have to get it now although having an xyz summon option for some existing decks is nice. Like an easy one in a deck with a lot of 3* monsters would be karma cut to the new aqua UR. Not amazing by any means, but you can stall a shiranui by stealing their tuner. It’s just nice to have options

This box is complete garbage, the previous Main Box "Shining Hope" is what I would call a "Bait" Box. Because of D.D Crow and Chain, the 2 only useful cards in it. And Actually Chain is not even that of a great card,
it targets,
it clogs ur backrow board and opponent can easily recover from it by Synchro Summoning, Tribute, Fusion Summon, Chain is such a hell of an overrated card

Yeah, it really ain’t much, but many decks can’t do much better than that. Something is better than nothing. When I say stall, it really only means about 1 or 2 turns. They’ll have to waste a backrow to return spectral back to their graveyard or destroy it in the battle phase. They could also search for another one if they have it, but at least you made it a bit harder for them.

Ok lets assume you steal for ever 1 Spectral Sword from Shiranui, u make it impossible to retrieve by whatever effect. Shiranui still have 1 sword left and can make a Shogunsaga with it, even Sunsaga. And it is sufficient for winning because no current XYZ card can face a 3000+ attack. To make ur idea work u would have to steal 2 swords and make them unrecoverable . Which is impossible practically

Leviair "stealing" Spectralsword is hardly considered close to delaying Shiranui deck. If Spectralsword is still in the banish zone when you summon Leviair, it would mean they don't have a way to recover it from the banish zone yet (Solitaire/Spectralsword Shade).

Your "stealing" move only helps them put Spectralsword back to their grave.

While I agree with you, most shiranui builds now only have a single spectral sword and 2 shades. That's why I think if they will hit the deck again they'll put shogunsaga/sunsaga to limited to 3, just to remove Cosmic cyclone from the deck. The deck wont be affected muh but they will loose access to easy backrow removal.

Personnally whenever I meet Shiranui in the ladder, I get lots of wins against them. Its a very good deck but it has weaknesses and counters like all, Shiranui got nerfed 3 times and a 4th one would make no sense, since tons of decks now have ways to neutralize the gy, even Aromages hv a chance vs Shira. Konami must release new decks, not nerf the meta
