Bullywiiplaza´s hack does allow you to see your opponent´s cards. He technically says not to abuse it during KC Cups out of respect, but no one ever decides to agree with him.

At least the IA is faster either at losing or winning, I mean,this KC sucked, probably the worst KC ever. Cheating in this game is the easiest thing to do because PVP duels are based on your devices communications only, the server is not involved that's why there are no countermeasures. Also Konami doesn't give a f.uck
