This is a UR and even too busted for now.
Gilasaurus-Cyber Dragon/Toon-Dynatherium will let you swing for OTKs unless they happen to have Sphere Kuribohs.

BKB deserves to be UR if Konami would release it, because it's a much better version of Charging Gaia/Fusilier Dragon. Meanwhile BMKB Ur is meh. It has potential for farming deck but no more than just a meme if you run it in PVP

At least, Barbaros Ür can be special summoned and works nicely when combined with cards like "Axe of Fools" or "Forbidden Chalice".

You need 2 other specific monsters just to special summon Ür, and it cannot inflict damage until you draw Chalice/Axe of Fools. Definitely just for meme deck. Original Barbaros is easier to summon, makes a deadly combo with World Legacy Clash, also instant LV9 synchro if you play card like Unknown Synchron

Actually, they don't need to be very specific. You could build a whole deck around Chalice / Axe of Fools with monsters that have negative effects (there are some Machines / Beast-Warriors that would work within that deck). Although, it would still be a very gimmicky deck...

True, but even the online versions of those games have a Card Crafting system with which to create any card, provided you have enough resources. A system DL desperately needs to stop forcing us to go through an entire box multiple times to get the real good stuff (SR and UR) and have more varied decks at our disposal, instead of settling down with just one because you can't afford more.
