.....I just noticed something.
While Hamon and Raviel have fixed 4000 ATK & DEF, this thing has variable ATK that can reach beyond 4000, at the heavy cost of having 0 DEF lmao
This cards is over 10 years old, old cards tend to be bad compaired with newer hyper-complicated cards. Konami thought back then that this card was already too "powerfull". In fact was to useless.
