if it isn't a new account, it you still have sr and UR dream ticket maybe, it will depenes or luck with obtain 2nd copy od metal back metal dragon and 2nd Slash
anyway u can biuld it quickly making a new account, just reroll for one copy of back metal dragon at first 40 packs from blazing rose box, than buy red-eyes structure deck
than use SR and UR dream tickets for black metal dragon and red eyes fusion, than open dimension of the wizards box to take 3 Power of the Guardian(if you got one in first 3 packs reset box) than just pray to Slash not be in last packs from Consonance Constract box, but it is just 80 packs box and u just need one copy of it
If some of these days you will be spending money on this game, then spending your Dream tickets on any cards available in structure decks is less worth it than spending it on cards available in boxes/mini-boxes
