That card is, obviously, D-mind. It will enable rank 3 decks an extra body and a non destruction removal option, at the cost of one to two garnet, which might not be bad.
Apparition is good, too. Everyone forgot about that card. D-Counter isn't necessarily bad, it just doesn't fit with the meta deck now. D-Time is 🔥, though. Not one of the better ones, but certainly not the worst roaming event. That was Tristan's and Espa Roba's imo.
Not really. The end of anubis can't stop banishing cards from GY so he can't stop chaos dragon levianeer to be summoned for ex while necrovalley can but necrovalley can't stop effect that activate in GY like crimson fox for ex so both card have plus minus
