Fellow F2Pers, here's a cheaper version of the Wonder Balloons farming deck:
Winged Dragon of Ra (anniversary mission)
Dynatherium (UR ticket)
3x Thunder Dragon (Trader)
Phantom Skyblaster (Jesse duel reward)
3x Skull-Mark Ladybug (Weevil duel reward)
3x Darklord Marie (Trader)
3x Different Dimension Capsule (Muto level, Trader)
Arrivalrivals (Rampage of Forest mini R)
Wonder Balloons (Ultimate Rising SR)
3x Solemn Wishes (Tea duel reward)
Your backrow: Wonder Balloons, Solemn Wishes, set Arrivalrivals.
Use Capsules to get your Balloons and Wishes if needed. Feed spares to Balloons.
Hopefully Yubel will waste Ultimate Providences on Maries in GY! May want a spare Dyna just in case.
Final turn: Summon Dynatherium (Yubel special summons a level 4 Mystic Tomato). Summon Skyblaster + 1 token. Battle time! Cast Arrivalrivals. Tribute Ra. Smash that Tomato.
Of course if you have Double Summon (Chaotic Compliance SR) or Golden Ladybugs (Primal Burst R), you can use them instead.
Draw Sense: EARTH because when taking damage from Tomato's ATK, you can draw Skull-Mark Ladybug with a higher DEF.
Much better than the Balloon deck above, since it doesn't depend on Yubel having any facedowns, only on having at least one Tomato in the Graveyard, which I have never seen not happen.
Instead of Dynatherium, Mithra the Thunder Vassal (Empire of Scarlet SR/Selection Box 2) would do.
Instead of Arrivalrivals, Double Summon (Chaotic Compliance SR/Selection Box 1) works. And Chain Summoning (Crusader's Battleground N) raises your summon limit to 3, but needs to be Chain Link 3 or more, so you'd have to stack some quickplays.
