Leo & Luna's Duel Carnival Event [May 10]

Anonymous
Anybody has an idea why do they want to make the most disastrous event they have ever done for a third time? Isn't it obvious how horrid it is to be a Bronze player trying to follow the theme and be faced with a Legend playing a top 🔥 deck not on the theme at all?

I am Legend player but I use 🔥 deck in every Duel Carnival event. You'll get more rewards by finishing the match as quick as possible than by trying to win the game

I wish Legends in general were kind as you are, but sadly all I met have the idea of "finishing a match fast" to be destroy all low ranked players with otk meta 🔥.

If I remember correctly, you will gain rewards every 3 games no matter if your team win or lose. Of course the winning team gains more rewards than the losing team, but sometimes your team will manage to win eventhough you collect zero points by using 🔥 deck, if somehow one of your team member is a tryhard Japanese player LOL

It really sucks to depend on others... I got most times teamed with players with low scores too...

Last Duel Carnival event (Espa Roba unlock event) I got 3 glossy Psychic Ace and bunch of Psychic Shockwave using only 🔥 deck. So if Konami don't change anything about Duel Carnival format I'll just keep using 🔥 deck. It would save my time and energy for Ranked Duel which is more important than the event

If you use a 🔥 deck, even though you're breaking the rules of the event, it's not a big deal. You're not being a douché to new players.
Anoymous
It's one of the only PvP events they've done. Some tweaks like increasing the card ratio of the themed deck might help, but of course do your best, and no character unlock on it this time.

Doing my best is hard to when the opponents are so horrid. I hope the rewards don't require so many points like last time.

I hope there will be special rules or restrictions for the decks this time.

It seems that rather than "types" this time the decks are gonna be based around archetypes, this makes me believe perhaps they're gnna give us pre-constructed decks like in the Table top world event to participate.

PvP Tabletop format event seems like a test of pure skill if they can balance the mirror match. It sounds like something fun to try and not overly generous if it's just event perks.

Being forced into preset decks is horrid but compared to how the first and second of this failed abortion of an event were it somehow manages to sound better.
