Not really. After Synchro Summoning this card, you need to have 3 other cards on your field to send so you can send all 3 copies of Anki to the graveyard. Good luck pulling that off.
Not to mention this card's very restricting material. You'll only ever gonna summon this thing in a Dragunity deck, the only deck that combined Winged Beast non-Tuners with Dragon Tuners.
