It’s slow and/or format dependent. Either you have to set it and wait till your next turn to activate it, or you get into a mirror match with another blackwing player- which the card might be useful. So unless Blackwings take the meta by storm, this card won’t be that good

Yes, plenty of people use trap, but those are generic/staple traps that either have less or no condition to use them.
