When are people going to stop being surprised about Rare 1900s? All three of the boxes before this one had a Rare 1900 ATK. This isn't even the only Rare 1900 in this PACK.
It's a good card outside of competitive, where it doesn't really have any viability. 1900 attack with the chance to get better if it flips is just good design, and it's also kind of iconic.
