I'm putting this in a deck without any dragons just to 🔥 with Buster Blader DNA Surgery 🔥, summoning her just after they flipped that broken piece of crap up. Oh, thanks for making all my monsters immune to your attacks.
I may be wrong here, but buster blader the dragon destroyer swordsman's text says that dragon type monsters can't ACTIVATE their effects. So wouldn't lady of D's passive effect of negating attacks still work as it's not an "activated effect"?
If not mistaken, her first effect is a continuous one, means yeah you can't attack her since its not an activated effect. But she would lose protection from her second effect.
Your opponent needs canadia or targeting effect to destroy her.
