The anti-card never got tier level. It is better to counter the attribute than to counter a specific card.
That is why Desperado Quarantines are back in action.
You're right. Or just play deck that has untargetable monster like lunalight or ritual deck with djinn demolisher. Negating monster effect is better nowadays than negating spell or even trap.
There are more chances to see an axe raider tier deck rather a horus brick dragon deck. At least until konami decide to give a ptoper skill to level monsters.
