Twister is a little bit better because you can activate it the turn it is drawn, and can be activated from hand during your Battle Phase to destroy cards like Mirror Wall and Metalmorph. 500 LP is a small price to pay to seal your victory.
But a smarter player who understands the rulings would activate Mirror Wall during the damage step where Twister cannot even be chained. This card in my opinion has a lot more utility hence it being better in more cases than not
but frankly you rarely instant use twister once you draw it. And you just need one turn to set. You set twister too. Also, when all the Harpies are out there, you can bait them to destroy this card. Just feel a lot nicer lol
