I don't know if you are just trolling or seriously as stupid as (ironically) the real joey wheeler.
No, he was not talking about baby dragon. Notice he said: "they mentioned it in some card descriptions"? He's talking about those descriptions that say: "..except red eyes b.chick" which is often cited in many red-eyes cards.
Officially, there's no such card as "Red-Eyes B. Chick" anymore. Its name is now "Black Dragon's Chick". (And yes, this does mean several cards mention a card that no longer exists, and yes, I do find that hilarious. Then again, Warrior of Atlantis names a card that has NEVER existed due to the way it works. Weird, but very simple, card.)
Red-Eyes B. Chick was changed to Black Dragon's Chick because the japanese version never had "Red-Eyes" in it's name. It was mistakenly translated to english as Red-Eyes Black Chick. Maybe someone thought it was a Red-Eyes card, but it isn't.
The name change was to fix that mistake.
However, it is idiotic that they refuse to let it change its name. They have with other cards before. Sky Scout is still Harpie's Brother imo. Not like he got any bonuses from having that name...
